For years, we have talked about underrepresentation. We have shared WhatsApp messages. But we have not organized. Today, I stand alone — no political party, no funding, no office. Just a vision and faith in the Panth.
I am not asking for money. I am asking for your name, your skill, and your commitment. Your community needs you. Together, we will accomplish Our Mission for 2030.

We are not here to complain. We are here to achieve. By 2030, the Sikh Empowerment Forum will work tirelessly to accomplish:
- 1. Secure 10% reservation for Sikhs in Punjab’s administrative services
- 2. Establish a Sikh Rights Commission to address workplace discrimination (turban/beard bias)
- 3. Protect Chandigarh’s joint capital status constitutionally
- 4. Teach accurate Sikh history made compulsory in Punjab schools
- 5. Publish annual public report on Sikh representation in govt jobs & corporate boards
Our Weapons: RTI, PILs, peaceful rallies, media campaigns. No violence. No hatred. No separatism. Just the Constitution.
